Mr. Reynolds, Engineering Manager at Coastland, has over 22 years of engineering design and management experience. His experience includes water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, pumping stations, water storage tanks, grading, drainage systems, chemical feed systems, and roadway improvements including streetscape and bikeway/pedestrian projects. His experience also includes preparation of master plans for water, wastewater and storm drain systems. To meet environmental and regulatory conditions and requirements placed on sensitive projects, Mr. Reynolds has developed innovative design solutions.
