Since our inception in 1991, Coastland Civil Engineering, Inc. (Coastland) has built and improved our staffing and services to meet the ever-changing needs of our local agency clientele. With specialties in engineering design, construction management and building department services, we provide a wide variety of projects for municipalities, counties and special districts. Our projects have created and enhanced numerous roadways, communities, residential and commercial structures, drainage systems, and water and wastewater systems.

Coastland serves as City Engineers for numerous Northern California municipalities. In this capacity, Coastland provides capital improvement project design for all improvement projects within the cities, as well as oversight of all construction projects sponsored by these cities.
