Coastland provides construction management and inspection services for the County of Sonoma Department of Transportation and Public Works for a variety of construction projects throughout the County. The projects involve full-depth recycle and chip seal and require close coordination with Caltrans District 4. Some of the project locations involve environmental mitigation, heavy traffic flows, sensitive wetlands habitats, accessibility compliance, impacts from new development, etc.
Our team has partnered with the County to provide open lines of communication and immediate response to concerns and questions from the public and the County.
Construction costs to date are $10 million.
