Over the past several years Green Building has emerged as one of Coastland’s most exciting and fastest growing service segments. Coastland’s Building Services Division provides Green Building consultation, plan review and inspection including independent third party review.

Our staff has actively participated in the Sonoma County Green Building movement over the past 3 years, including the Santa Rosa Green Building Program, Sonoma State University Green Building Profession Certificate Program, Build It Green, and the U.S. Green Building Council.

As the leading Municipal Consultant for building department and construction management and inspection services in the North Bay, our staff is helping lead the way to incorporating Green design and construction practices as a part of everyday building solutions..
