As one of our core fields of expertise, Coastland offers full-service construction management and inspection services. Our primary objective in providing these services is to ensure the contractor delivers a quality project with a focus on safety, timeliness, budget, public relations and absolute conformance with the contract documents. This is accomplished by implementing our Quality Control Program and maintaining open communication with all project stakeholders for the duration of the project.
Coastland’s Construction Management Department consists of licensed engineers, construction managers, resident engineers and field inspectors; each with an average 26 years’ construction experience. To meet the challenging needs of the construction industry our inspectors participate in ongoing technical and safety training programs. Our staff has a positive relationship with Caltrans, Department of Fish and Game, Army Corps of Engineers, the Regional Water Quality Control Board, and many other regulatory agencies. Our team provides services ranging from staff augmentation on short-term projects to full-service construction management consulting on larger long-term projects.
