Coastland has the largest Construction Management team in Sonoma, Mendocino, and Lake Counties providing construction management and inspection services to more than 20 municipalities, extending from the City of Fort Bragg to the City of American Canyon and beyond.

Coastland's Construction Management staff consists of seasoned and highly qualified inspectors with an average of 26 years of experience.

Our team is dedicated to managing projects from inception to final acceptance of construction. We are experienced in managing and inspecting a wide range of projects including underground utilities, streets and highways, pump stations, water reservoirs, bridges, treatment plants, fiber optic facilities, parks and traffic signals. To meet the challenging needs of the construction industry our inspectors participate in on-going technical and safety training programs.

The Coastland Construction Management team effectively utilizes Primavera Expedition 9.0 and SureTrack to provide superior project tracking and schedule and document control. We also provide customized technical reporting to best suit client and project needs. We maintain close coordination with our clients to deliver projects in a timely manner and in accordance with the contract documents.
