Coastland's primary focus is providing contract city engineering and associated services in a professional manner. Since our inception, Coastland has provided contract city engineering services to more than 10 municipalities and contract plan and map check services to numerous municipalities.

Thriving through ongoing contracts, we are able to bring cities and counties a high level of on-call engineering expertise for a wide range of projects. Our engineers have served as the city engineers for several cities, overseeing various projects such as assessment districts, streetscape improvements, drainage master plans, sidewalk replacements and utility design.

Coastland possesses strong expertise in pursuing and obtaining State and Federal funding for projects in many jurisdictions. We have also fully administered these projects from the preliminary stages through construction.

Our green building engineering division provides sustainable site design and inspection in addition to our well-known engineering design, construction management, building department and related municipal services.
