Commitment to Inclusive Communities
Coastland | DCCM engineers work to enhance communities through the construction of parks, trail systems and other public facilities. Our team is involved in all phases of new and renovated public facilities projects, from planning through construction. Our team works hard to utilize local resources, meet LEED and other sustainable goals, and build inclusive communities that consider everyone’s needs and the context of the environment. We also provide full park design with trails, lighting, play equipment, irrigation, planting, skate park facilities, tennis courts and more.

“Coastland has been an integral member of the SMART team, assisting with the design and implementation of the SMART passenger rail and multi-use pathway system from our early engineering efforts. They have consistently produced quality work products in a timely manner. The Coastland staff has worked effectively with SMART staff, consultants and contractors in team fashion to advance the project. I especially appreciate their ability to blend into our team and function as though they were staff.”
