Project Description
Coastland | DCCM assisted the Town of Corte Madera in developing the Town’s Barrier Removal Implementation Plan (BRIP), which included prioritization of accessibility improvements. This long-term effort involved working with the Town’s Public Works Department and Accessibility Advisory Commission (AAC). Coastland | DCCM is currently assisting the Town with the implementation of accessibility enhancements identified in the BRIP. Projects involve ADA compliant curb ramps, sidewalk improvements, driveway modifications and other accessibility improvements within the public right-of-way.
“Coastland assisted Yuba City to find a cost-effective solution to develop an ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan within a very short timeframe. They are very knowledgeable in current and proposed regulations, and provided professional guidance, review, and recommendations to the City.”
