Project Description
Coastland | DCCM provided design services to improve a portion of Broadway Street south of American Canyon Road adjacent to Veterans Park. The roadway improvements include new curb, gutter and sidewalk; realignment and rehabilitation of approximately 600 feet of existing roadway; widening of another 2,000 feet of roadway, storm drainage improvements, a new Class I bike lane on the west side of Broadway (part of the Vine Trail); recycled water main extension, sewer main repair; installation of a pedestrian bridge to cross Walsh Creek and adjoining wetlands; signing and striping; crosswalk lighting and warning systems; landscaping, irrigation and associated improvements. Parking was also created along the west side of the street.
