“Coastland has been an integral member of the SMART team, assisting with the design and implementation of the SMART passenger rail and multi-use pathway system from our early engineering efforts. They have consistently produced quality work products in a timely manner. The Coastland staff has worked effectively with SMART staff, consultants and contractors in team fashion to advance the project. I especially appreciate their ability to blend into our team and function as though they were staff.”
