Project Description

Coastland | DCCM provided construction management and inspection services to help the City of Piedmont implement the Hampton Park Master Plan.   The improvements  involved complete reconstruction of the existing baseball/soccer field, installation of sand drains in the outfield areas, installation of an artificial turf infield, new bleachers and dugout areas, resurfacing the existing basketball courts, resurfacing of the existing tennis courts, reconstruction of the tennis backstop practice area, landscaping, sidewalks, retaining walls, drainage structures and resurfacing of a play area adjacent to the existing Piedmont Playschool that shares the park site.
