Project Description
Coastland | DCCM designed a trunk sewer bypass/interconnect to assist the existing 60-inch trunk sewer that intercepts wastewater from the cities of Cotati, Rohnert Park and Santa Rosa and transmits it to the primary treatment structure at the Plant. The new interconnect is 48-inches in diameter and was installed at approximately 30 feet deep using bore and jack technology for approximately 425 lineal feet in length. In addition to the bore and jack, three new junction structures were installed and three existing structures were rehabilitated. Coastland | DCCM also performed Construction Management services for this project.
“Coastland has been very helpful to the District. Their design work meets our needs and is done on time, and their construction management services (including inspection) have resulted in well done projects. Thanks, Coastland!”
Steve Mack, General Manager, Sweetwater Springs Water District
