Project Description

Coastland | DCCM is providing construction management services to the City of Lincoln for the Meadowlands Park project. The project includes grading, utility installation, pedestrian improvements, planting and irrigation, and park amenities. The project includes improvements both onsite and along Ashwood Way within the Lincoln city limits.

Services include coordinating operations with public services, scheduling and overseeing inspection services, acting as City representative at preconstruction and weekly meetings, overseeing SWPPP compliance, coordination with City staff to maintain accurate development accounts, coordinate redline and revised drawings with the Community Development Department, and coordinate and conduct final inspection.
