Medical Office Building

Coastland | DCCM provided Building Department Services, including full plan review and inspections, for a new medical office building located on Marcella Drive in Willits.  The project consisted of a new, one-story, light framed 15,000 square-foot OSHPD3 Medical Office Building with exam rooms and administrative offices.  Inspections involved all code required Building Department Inspections, as well as all necessary OSHPD3 inspections required for Certification.  Inspections were documented on City approved Building Inspection Record forms and correction notices.

In the capacity of Inspector of Record (IOR), code compliance inspections were performed per the California Building Code (CBC), California Fire Code (CFC), California Mechanical Code (CMC), California Electrical Code (CEC) and California Plumbing Code (CPC).  The Inspector ensured that construction followed the approved plans and reviewed estimates.
