Coastland | DCCM performed the building plan review for approximately 600 mixed-use units in downtown Windsor. The 3-story units were fast-tracked in response to the Town’s objective of breaking ground promptly to show public commitment. This was a top-priority project, with full support of the Town Council. Coastland | DCCM responded to the pressing needs of the public officials and resolved key issues threatening the timely construction of the buildings.
The redevelopment of downtown Windsor involved a major transformation, resulting in the innovation of several 3-story buildings designed in a turn-of-the-century motif. The upper stories are residential condominiums and the lower stories consist of a commercial center with restaurants and retail establishments.
