Coastland | DCCM was responsible for the design and construction management and inspection on this traffic calming project. As part of the Town’s movement to improve pedestrian safety in downtown Windsor, the Windsor Road Pedestrian Enhancement project involved pedestrian ramps and crosswalks, lighting installations, curb and sidewalk bulb-outs, planting and irrigation improvements, special drainage features, landscaping, and in-ground lighted warning systems. The crossings and associated improvements are located at the intersections of McClelland Drive, David Clayton and Joe Rodota Drive.
